Moves freely. When the current shifts, it lets go. Not because it’s weak, but because it knows how to trust the sea. At that time in my life, I was learning to do the same. To release what no longer manos.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNació una noche cualquiera… haciendo scroll en el móvil.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eY de repente apareció una imagen que me hizo parar completamente.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEra un mushroom coral.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUn coral hongo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo era mediterráneo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo era algo familiar para mí.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePero había algo en él que me atrapó inmediatamente.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTenía una forma suave, orgánica, casi líquida.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eParecía congelado en movimiento.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eY cuanto más leía sobre él… más sentía que estaba viendo una metáfora de algo que yo misma estaba intentando aprender.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePorque los mushroom corals son muy distintos de la mayoría de los corales.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLa mayoría viven anclados, unidos unos a otros, formando estructuras fijas.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePero muchos mushroom corals viven solos.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSon corales solitarios y libres.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo permanecen anclados para siempre.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCuando crecen, se desprenden y se dejan mover por el mar.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePueden desplazarse.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAdaptarse.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIncluso “corregirse” cuando las corrientes los giran o entierran.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eY eso me fascinó muchísimo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePorque en ese momento de mi vida… yo estaba aprendiendo precisamente eso.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA soltar.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSiempre he sido una persona que intenta controlar demasiado.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIntentar prever todo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSostener relaciones, expectativas, ideas de quién debería ser.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eY sinceramente… eso pesa muchísimo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHay momentos donde te das cuenta de que estás agarrando cosas que ya no te dejan crecer.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVersiones antiguas de ti misma.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMiedos.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNecesidad de control.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eY poco a poco entendí algo:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eQue resistirse constantemente también puede hundirte.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eY en ese coral vi exactamente lo contrario.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVi una criatura que sobrevive no porque controle el mar…\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003esino porque sabe moverse con él.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo lucha contra cada corriente.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo intenta quedarse rígido.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eConfía.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEso fue lo que empezó a inspirar Flow.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo quería copiar literalmente la forma del coral.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eQuería traducir una sensación.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLa sensación de feminidad.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePero de una feminidad suave, intuitiva, libre.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo desde la perfección.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNi desde la necesidad de controlarlo todo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSino desde la capacidad de adaptarse sin perderse.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAdemás, hay algo muy bonito en los mushroom corals que me emociona muchísimo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAunque parecen delicados… son increíblemente resilientes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMuchos pueden moverse lentamente para evitar condiciones dañinas.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOtros son capaces de darse la vuelta otra vez si las corrientes los tumban.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eY me parece una metáfora preciosa.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePorque a veces pensamos que ser flexible significa ser débil.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCuando en realidad… muchas veces es exactamente lo contrario.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFlow habla de eso.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDe dejar espacio.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDe respirar.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDe permitir que algunas
