We want you to love your piece of Naturalesa jewelry. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
🌿 Returns for Non-Custom Items (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you change your mind about a non-custom item, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, in line with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (email or receipt)
Please contact us at natutralesa.design@gmail.com before sending any items back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
The return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

❌ Custom & Personalized Orders
Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of custom jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Personalized pieces
- Custom designs
- Any item created specifically upon request
We hope you understand — each of these pieces is crafted with intention just for you.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at natutralesa.design@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
🔄 Exchanges
If you’d like something different, the fastest way is to return your item (if eligible), and place a new order after the return is accepted.
💳 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If so, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Please note: It may take your bank or card provider additional time to process the refund.)
